Subscription Terms & Condtions

Never run out of toothpaste again with our monthly automated delivery of your eco-friendly ohtooth toothpaste tabs.

Your first month’s supply (100 tabs) will arrive with a free ohtooth jar. A month later, when your next refill arrives, simply pour the tabs into your glass jar, throw your compostable bag in your kerbside food caddy and you are ready to brush! 

We will post out our subscriptions on the last Friday of every month to minimise trips to the post office to reduce our carbon footprint. Please note, if you set up a subscription during a calendar month your first subscription delivery will be posted on the last Friday of that month.  You will be billed a few days before the tabs are sent out to you.

You can easily cancel or modify your subscription based on your needs and to give you flexibility. Click on ‘my account’ at the bottom of our home page to access your account and manage your subscription. This account is set up when you first subscribe.

In addition to getting a complementary storage jar with your first subscription you will also save 10% on all monthly refill orders with free delivery. This is a significant saving compared to buying on an ad hoc basis.

Ohtooth offers a money back guarantee on all unused and unopened product returned within 14 days of the date of invoice (the “Guarantee Period”).

This return policy shall be applicable solely to ohtooth products purchased directly by a consumer, and in no way will apply to any products received by a consumer through a dentist, dental practice, 3rd party retailer or online retailer.

Prior to returning product, a valid Return Authorisation Number (“R.A.”) must be obtained within the Guarantee Period by contacting the ohtooth customers services via email info@ohtooth.com

Unfortunately, no return will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorisation Number. After obtaining a Return Authorization Number from the Customer Service Desk, the product must be returned, with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the product, to:

ohtooth will not accept any product that is damaged or used and no refund will be made for the costs of the initial shipping of the product.

The cost of return postage is to be payed by the customer and no refund will be issues for this.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed, within 31 days.  We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.
