How to Use

1. Wet your toothbrush (manual or electric – we have found the foaming is better with a manual brush for some reason)
2. Chew tablet – bite 2-3 times on the tablet so it starts to break up. With your tongue you can move the tablet around your mouth to get good coverage of all your teeth
3. Brush as normal
4. Spit out at end – don’t rinse
5. Bob’s your uncle (he’s actually my father -in -law)
